Babar Azam’s poor form continues after controversial dismissal in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy

Babar Azam faced a frustrating outing for Lahore Whites against FATA Region on November 4, managing only 28 runs from 40 deliveries before being ruled out by an umpire despite the ball appearing to strike his pads rather than his bat. The absence of the Decision Review System in the tournament prevented him from challenging the call, sparking significant criticism regarding the lack of technology in Pakistan's premier first-class competition.

Former national player Mohammad Yousuf has since expressed concern over the batter's current technical struggles, suggesting that specialized coaching abroad might be more beneficial than continued participation in domestic red-ball matches.
