Tennessee football help sets viewership records for 'College GameDay,' Texas game

ESPN enjoyed massive television audiences during late September when Knoxville hosted a high-profile Southeastern Conference showdown. The network broadcasted its Saturday morning pregame show from a spot adjacent to Ayers Hall before concluding the broadcast inside Neyland Stadium, where a flyover by Air Force One punctuated the morning.

Later that afternoon, the host institution fell to the top-ranked visiting squad by a final score of 20-17 during a matchup that drew millions of viewers across ABC and other networks.
