Trump celebrates U.S. Presidents Cup comeback at Medinah

Team USA completed a remarkable final-day rally at Medinah Country Club, overcoming a three-point deficit to secure a 17-13 triumph over the International Team and capture their eleventh consecutive Presidents Cup. Trailing 10.5-7.5 after three days of competition, the American squad dominated the singles matches by claiming nine victories and one half point to register the largest Sunday comeback in the history of the tournament.

President Donald Trump attended the decisive sessions as honorary chairman, greeting athletes from both sides near the first tee and later handing the championship trophy to American captain Brandt Snedeker.
