South Africa name 15-member squad for Test series against Bangladesh

South Africa has selected a fifteen-player roster for their upcoming two-match Test series against Bangladesh, scheduled across November 2026. Temba Bavuma remains captain of the top-ranked side following their recent two-to-one series triumph over Australia.

The selection features the returns of Tony de Zorzi and Anrich Nortje after recovering from respective injuries, while Lungi Ngidi misses out due to ongoing rehabilitation and Zubayr Hamza joins to strengthen the batting order. Head coach Shukri Conrad noted that the team will emphasize pace and bounce options suited to Highveld conditions.
