Siraj on fire as heated exchange with Jangoo lights up series finale in New Chandigarh

During the final match of the ODI series on October 3, 2026, India defended a first-innings total of 351 for 7 against the West Indies at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium. KL Rahul starred with an unbeaten century of 129 runs from 87 deliveries, supported by Rohit Sharma's knock of 92 runs at the top of the order.

While the visitors chased the 352-run target, returning fast bowler Mohammed Siraj engaged in a verbal altercation with batter Amir Jangoo during the run chase after beating the batsman's edge. Siraj had earlier dismissed John Campbell in the same innings.
