Sean McVay issues apology about abrupt Rams postgame presser exit

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay offered an apology on Monday after facing criticism for cutting his postgame press session short following a 30-26 defeat to the Denver Broncos. McVay spoke to reporters for less than two minutes after Sunday's controversial matchup before leaving the room, prompting backlash from media members who were unable to ask questions.

During his Monday media availability, McVay expressed regret for missing the press corps and stated that any miscommunication was unintentional. Team communications executive Artis Twyman also addressed the timeline of the incident earlier that morning in response to reporter commentary on social media.
