The Green Bay Packers have added cornerback Elijah Culp to their practice squad after a brief tryout, marking the latest move in a busy offseason for the team’s secondary. Culp, an undrafted free agent with experience across four college programs, joins the Packers following stints with the Arizona Cardinals and Indianapolis Colts’ practice squad.
His arrival comes as the Packers released guard Josh Gesky, who was the second-highest-paid undrafted free agent in the 2026 class with a $215,000 guaranteed deal. The move creates an opening on the roster, as Green Bay already carries an NFL-leading 15 offensive linemen between the active roster and practice squad, despite having two spots available due to injuries and roster construction rules.
