Meet The Robinsons: How Brian Has Bolstered Bijan To Help Falcons Form Top RB Duo

The Atlanta Falcons have built a formidable rushing attack with their dynamic duo of running backs, Bijan Robinson and Brian Robinson Jr. Entering Week 5, the pair ranks as the NFL’s second-best backfield, combining explosive playmaking and seamless chemistry.

Bijan, the first overall pick in 2023, has already established himself as one of the league’s elite talents, while Brian—who rushed for 400 yards last season as a backup—has stepped into a larger role this year. Their complementary styles and shared leadership have been key, with both contributing to the Falcons’ dominance in the red zone, where they’ve converted 80% of their opportunities in the last two games.

Against the Saints, Brian led with three rushing touchdowns, while Bijan added two, showcasing their ability to interchange seamlessly without disrupting the offense. Falcons coach Kevin Stefanski has praised their ability to thrive in tight spaces, emphasizing how their talent allows them to exploit even modest running lanes effectively.
