ICC men’s ODI team rankings: Ireland drop a spot after series defeat to Namibia

Namibia secured a series victory by defeating Ireland in the final match, successfully chasing a modest total in the twenty-second over with five wickets remaining. The visiting side struggled after choosing to bat first and was bowled out cheaply, despite a notable late contribution from their lower-order batter and solid starts among the middle-order lineup.

Outstanding bowling performances by the home team restricted the scoring severely and laid the foundation for the triumph. As a consequence of the outcome, the victorious side gained crucial rating points while remaining sixteenth in the global standings, whereas the defeated squad fell one position in the updated table.
