History, noise favor Tennessee football vs Kentucky, other SEC picks | Adams

Tennessee prepares for a home meeting with Kentucky on November 7, following an energetic contest against Alabama on October 17 that earned their home ground recognition for crowd noise. Analysts project a twenty-seven to twenty victory for the hosts, pointing to Kentucky's dismal historical record of thirty-eight losses in forty-one attempts in this rivalry despite a strong start under head coach Will Stein.

Meanwhile, South Carolina coach Shane Beamer celebrates a recent streak of strong outcomes following a victory over Oklahoma, though the Gamecocks previously struggled by giving up substantial leads earlier in the year. Elsewhere, Florida and Oklahoma are both recovering from difficult losses, while Mississippi State navigates a quarterback dilemma between AJ Swann and Billy Puckett following an injury to Kamario Taylor.
