Game Recap: Saints visit Giants in Week 6 Clash

The New Orleans Saints and New York Giants kicked off a hard-fought Week 6 showdown at MetLife Stadium, with both offenses struggling to find early rhythm. The Giants struck first, with Jameis Winston connecting with Isaiah Likely and Darnell Mooney to set up a 17-yard touchdown pass to Tyrone Tracy Jr., giving New York a 7-0 lead.

New Orleans responded with a late-half drive, capped by Tyler Shough’s 4th-down touchdown pass to Bryce Lance, tying the game at 10-10 before halftime. The second half saw the Saints take control, with Alvin Kamara’s 31-yard touchdown catch-and-run from Shough extending their lead to 17-10 after a dominant first possession.

The Giants’ offense faltered under penalties and missed opportunities, while the Saints’ ground game—led by CJ Donaldson and Kendre Miller—kept the pressure on New York’s defense throughout the afternoon.
