Elliot Washington II made waves following his arrival via the transfer portal from Penn State, securing a spot among the standout performers of Week 4 after a stellar showing against the California Golden Bears. The defensive standout grabbed two crucial interceptions during the contest, helping secure a 24-10 win and earning himself ACC Defensive Back of the Week accolades.
