You can vote for Marcus Mariota as FedEx Air & Ground Player of the Week

Veterans stepped up in Week 3 as Marcus Mariota guided the Washington Commanders past the Seattle Seahawks 33-31 at Northwest Stadium on September 27, 2026. Stepping in for the injured Jayden Daniels, Mariota completed 19 of 31 pass attempts for 183 yards and three touchdowns without committing a single turnover, earning an impressive 110.0 passer rating and surpassing 18,000 career passing yards.

Following that stellar performance under offensive coordinator David Blough, the NFL announced on September 28 that Mariota is officially a nominee for the FedEx Air Player of the Week. Fans can cast their online ballots through Wednesday afternoon to decide the winner of the weekly award.
