WPL Auction: No bids for Sri Lanka star Chamari Athapaththu

During the Women's Premier League 2027 auction held in Kochi, Sri Lankan skipper Chamari Athapaththu remained unsold despite carrying a base valuation of thirty lakh rupees. The veteran all-rounder previously represented UP Warriorz during the 2024 tournament before being let go prior to the following season.

Meanwhile, Sophie Molineux commanded a bid of one crore and ten lakh rupees from UP Warriorz, whereas Kiran Navgire transferred to Delhi Capitals for seventy-five lakh rupees.
