Why We Lost to Oklahoma State

Following a tough conference defeat, the West Virginia football program broke down the reasons for their setback against Oklahoma State. Defensive difficulties proved costly as the opposition amassed 609 total yards and capitalized on crucial second-half drives.

Despite totaling 335 rushing yards and mounting 29 first downs, West Virginia quarterback Michael Hawkins suffered four sacks and a costly red-zone interception that shifted momentum right before halftime.
