Alex Pereira gets his next assignment as Dana White announces UFC 335's co-main event

Alex Pereira is scheduled to return to the heavyweight division to face Sergei Pavlovich in a five-round co-headliner at UFC 335. UFC executive Dana White revealed the booking during the broadcast of UFC 332.

Pereira remains in the weight class following his unsuccessful bid against Ciryl Gane at UFC Freedom 250, where he sought to capture a third divisional title. Meanwhile, Pavlovich arrives at this upcoming pay-per-view holding a three-match winning streak, which includes a rapid knockout win over Tallison Teixeira earlier this year.
