County side Sussex secured the services of South African fast bowler Keith Dudgeon on a two-year agreement. The thirty-year-old athlete previously claimed forty-two scalps during Kent's successful promotion run through Division Two in the 2026 season.
Club cricket director Paul Farbrace praised the addition as the precise calibre of talent needed for Division One competition and limited-over aspirations. Across his professional path, the bowler has accumulated two hundred eighty-one first-class dismissals while maintaining an average of 26.96.
Dudgeon expressed long-standing ambitions to compete in the county circuit and stated readiness to inject positive energy into the squad.
