Seahawks vs Cardinals: 4 game predictions for Week 2 showdown

The Seattle Seahawks travel to face the Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium for a Week 2 NFC West clash with first place in the division on the line. Seattle will enter the divisional contest without starting quarterback Sam Darnold, whom head coach Mike Macdonald officially ruled out for Sunday's matchup.

Backup passer Drew Lock is slated to step in as the starter under center for the defending champions.

Darnold's confirmed absence significantly shifted the betting landscape, causing Arizona's status as a 10-point underdog to drop down to a 3.5-point margin. Despite losing their top signal-caller, the undefeated Seahawks still carry strong expectations, including unanimous backing from Sports Illustrated to secure the divisional road victory.
