Pakistan announces squad for Sri Lanka Test series

Pakistan has finalized its roster for the upcoming two-match Test series against Sri Lanka, which begins on November 9. The selection committee introduced three newcomers to the national setup: Muhammad Tayyab Arif, Ali Shabbir, and Saqib Khan, all of whom participated in a recent warm-up fixture in Islamabad.

Aamir Jamal and Salman Agha are back in the mix, with the latter returning after being dismissed during the previous England campaign. Conversely, Ali Usman and Abdullah Fazal have been dropped from the initial 14-man group.

Babar Azam will lead the squad as they look to improve their performance following recent setbacks.
