Mandel Nallo vs. Nate Landwehr prediction, pick, time for UFC Edmonton

The UFC Fight Night 291 main card opens with a lightweight showdown between Mandel Nallo and Nate Landwehr at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta. Nallo, a Canadian prospect with a 14-4 MMA record, enters the bout seeking redemption after losing his UFC debut to Jai Herbert.

He previously earned his UFC contract by defeating Samuel Silva on Dana White’s Contender Series last September. Landwehr, a veteran with 18 professional wins but a recent stretch of three straight stoppage losses—most recently to DooHo Choi, Morgan Charriere, and Cub Swanson—last won in March 2024 with a first-round finish over Jamall Emmers.

Despite his age (38) and divisional move, Landwehr’s aggressive style could clash with Nallo’s technical skill, though the odds favor the younger fighter at -290, with Landwehr listed at +225. The fight is set to begin around 8:10 p.m.

ET and will stream live on Paramount+.
