India pulls off 2nd highest chase in ODI history in win over Windies

India achieved the second highest target chase in the history of one day internationals by defeating the West Indies during their encounter in Guwahati. Captain Shubman Gill led the charge with an unbeaten knock of 223 runs from 133 deliveries, guiding his squad past a steep target of 406 with more than six overs remaining.

This milestone makes the visiting side only the second squad to successfully overhaul a total exceeding 400 runs in this format.
