How long is Lamar Jackson out? Latest injury update on Ravens QB's thumb

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson will undergo surgery on his right thumb and miss at least four games after being placed on the injured reserve list. Coach Jesse Minter noted the injury might potentially be season-ending, forcing the team to weigh his availability for the remainder of 2026.

Backup quarterback Tyler Huntley is also dealing with a toe injury sustained during the same matchup against the Buffalo Bills, leaving undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano as the sole healthy option currently on the active roster.
