Fever clean house in front office. What does it mean for Stephanie White?

The Indiana Fever underwent major leadership changes on Friday as franchise architect and president Kelly Krauskopf announced her departure alongside the firing of general manager Amber Cox. The pair oversaw two consecutive sixth-seed finishes and postseason exits following their attempts to build a title contender around Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, and Kelsey Mitchell.

Head coach Stephanie White remains with the franchise for the time being, though her long-term future is uncertain with a completely new front office taking over. White previously led the squad to the WNBA semifinals in 2025 before a first-round exit in 2026, navigating various off-court controversies throughout her tenure.
