Alexander Volkanovski Delivers Brutal Finish to End Movsar Evloev’s 20-0 Streak at UFC 333

Alexander Volkanovski secured a second title defense of his featherweight crown at UFC 333, defeating Movsar Evloev via a second-round TKO at 4:54. The 38-year-old Australian ended the Russian's 20-0 undefeated streak at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Volkanovski dominated with striking, utilizing low kicks and jabs, while effectively neutralizing Evloev's wrestling attempts throughout the fight.

After reversing a takedown in the second frame, Volkanovski landed a heavy overhand right and a series of punches that forced referee Marc Goddard to stop the bout. This victory marks the champion's ninth featherweight title-fight win, surpassing Jose Aldo's record.

Having reclaimed the belt at UFC 314 and winning twice over Diego Lopes, Volkanovski told Daniel Cormier he remains committed to the sport.
