Just ahead of the 2026-27 campaign, veteran forward Tyson Jost secured a one-year, two-way agreement with the Nashville Predators after joining their training camp via a professional tryout. The Central Division organization confirmed the deal on Monday afternoon following his successful bid for a roster spot.
During the previous campaign, Jost suited up for the Predators in 69 contests, producing eight goals alongside eight helpers for 16 total points while registering a minus-21 mark. Earlier in his career, the 28-year-old logged a two-year tenure with the Buffalo Sabres from 2022 to 2024, compiling 10 scores and 18 assists across 102 appearances before eventually departing for the Carolina Hurricanes during the 2024 off-season.
