Eneco Tour Women: Lieke Nooijen flies to second time trial win on stage 2 and retakes overall lead

Lieke Nooijen dominated the second stage of the Eneco Tour Women in Tilburg, securing her second time trial victory of the event. The Visma-Lease a Bike rider completed the 13.1km course in under 16 minutes, finishing over 20 seconds ahead of runner-up Nienke Vinke and third-place finisher Sandrine Tas.

This performance allows Nooijen to reclaim the overall lead in the general classification, holding a 20-second advantage over Tas with three stages remaining. While Nooijen expressed confidence following her prologue win, she noted that the upcoming hilly stages will require a strategic approach from her team to maintain her position through Sunday.
