Dan Wilson will not return as Mariners manager in 2027

Following a disappointing campaign that failed to meet expectations, Dan Wilson will not return as manager of the Seattle Mariners for the 2027 season. Wilson shared the news with his players before the final game of the year against the Angels, addressing a roster that struggled significantly after a strong playoff appearance in 2025.

Team leadership, including Jerry Dipoto and Justin Hollander, faces a busy off-season addressing upcoming free agent departures and coaching staff contracts.
