Cardinals place RG Isaiah Adams on IR

The Arizona Cardinals' offensive line took a major hit ahead of Sunday’s game as both starting right guard Isaiah Adams and left tackle Paris Johnson were ruled out. Adams was placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury, forcing the team to turn to Jon Gaines II at guard while rookie Jayden Williams steps in at left tackle to replace Johnson, who suffered a season-ending torn biceps.

The lineup shuffle extends beyond the trenches, with cornerback Art Green promoted from the practice squad to the active roster to bolster the secondary. Meanwhile, wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

will sit out the game as a healthy scratch, with reports suggesting his future with the team may hinge on a trade deal before the deadline.
