Bears for Breakfast: Week 1 preview vs. Panthers

The 2026 NFL regular season kicks off with a compelling Week 1 duel between reigning division champions as the Chicago Bears travel to play the Carolina Panthers. Scheduled for Sunday at 1:00 p.m.

Eastern Time on FOX, the Bank of America Stadium contest spotlights an exciting quarterback battle between Caleb Williams and Bryce Young. Chicago enters the clash having locked in running back D'Andre Swift to an extension worth $33.75 million.

Rushing strategies are poised to dictate the pace for both squads throughout the afternoon. While the Bears work to stifle Carolina running back Chuba Hubbard on the ground, the Panthers must find answers defensively against Chicago's high-powered attack.
