Asian Games: Mohsin Naqvi to not attend India vs Pakistan men's cricket final

Asian Cricket Council leader Mohsin Naqvi has announced he will skip the upcoming men's cricket gold medal match between India and Pakistan at the Asian Games in Japan due to scheduling conflicts. This decision avoids a potential protocol conflict stemming from an ongoing disagreement between the board head and the Board of Control for Cricket in India regarding regional trophy presentations.

Meanwhile, the tournament's final showdown will take place at Korogi Park in Nisshin City, with local organizers and the Olympic Council of Asia managing the medal ceremony in the president's absence.
