49ers set to reunite with Dante Pettis following tryout

The San Francisco franchise is preparing to bring back a familiar face to their receiving corps. Dante Pettis participated in a workout session hosted by the organization on Tuesday, prompted by an injury setback for Mike Evans.

According to reports from Jordan Schultz, management opted to offer the wide receiver a fresh opportunity with the roster. Pettis previously entered the league as a selection by the team during the second round of the 2018 draft.
