Will Wisconsin RB Abu Sama III play vs Michigan State? What we know

Wisconsin running back Abu Sama III is listed as a game-time decision for the upcoming matchup against Michigan State due to an upper-body injury he sustained during a victory over Penn State. While reporter Pete Thamel noted that Sama intends to test his condition during warmups, doubts remain regarding his availability.

Should Sama be unable to take the field, Darrion Dupree is expected to step into the starting running back role following a performance that included 52 rushing yards and 44 receiving yards in the previous win against Penn State. Meanwhile, teammates Cai Bates, Jaylon Domingeaux, Mason Lane, and Michael Roeske have been ruled out for the contest.
