49ers could reunite with Jake Moody as Eddy Piñeiro is questionable for Week 2

The San Francisco 49ers might turn back to Jake Moody, their 2023 third-round draft selection, as Eddy Piñeiro's status for Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins remains uncertain. The 31-year-old Piñeiro failed to participate in three consecutive training sessions during the week due to sickness, leaving him officially designated as questionable.

Fellow roster member Kaelon Black is also listed as questionable after sustaining a mid-week groin complication.
