NFL Week 2 injury report: Lions down two starting offensive lineman vs. Bills, including Blake Miller

Ahead of their Thursday evening showdown against Buffalo, Detroit faces significant depth issues along their offensive front. Starting right tackle Blake Miller is sidelined due to a knee problem, while starting left guard Christian Mahogany will also sit out with a hip ailment.

The Lions might also be missing defensive back D.J. Reed, who carries a questionable tag because of a foot concern.

On the other sideline, the Bills have listed defensive lineman T.J. Sanders, rusher Ty Johnson, and safety Cole Bishop as questionable, following restricted practice sessions on Wednesday.

Injuries continue to mount across the league heading into the second week of action. Key players including Myles Garrett, Landon Dickerson, and A.J.

Brown have shifted to injured reserve, while quarterback Sam Darnold is slated to miss his upcoming matchup with a soft tissue issue. Looking ahead to Sunday's slate, Atlanta managed without practice participation from Tua Tagovailoa, Chris Lindstrom, and A.J.

Terrell on Wednesday, whereas Carolina held out Bobby Brown III and Patrick Jones II while Jalen Coker managed limited work on an injured ankle.
