Giants Cam Skattebo makes epic arrival to MetLife ahead of SNF, addresses the viral video

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo made an eye-catching return to action ahead of his team's season opener against the Dallas Cowboys. m.

The game marked Skattebo's first appearance since suffering a severe right ankle dislocation, torn deltoid ligament, and open tibia fracture in October 2025. He punctuated his comeback by scoring the initial touchdown of the night and executing his customary flip celebration.

Skattebo paced the Giants with 81 yards on 18 carries, while Dart contributed 54 rushing yards on 11 attempts to help New York total 394 offensive yards, including 165 on the ground. The 28-20 victory pushed the Giants to 1-0 ahead of an upcoming matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, who fell 27-7 to the San Francisco 49ers in their opener.
