Who do the Padres play next in MLB playoffs? Why San Diego faces ultimate test in NLDS

Following a two-game sweep of the Chicago Cubs in the wild card round, capped off by a 4-1 victory, the San Diego Padres are advancing to the National League Division Series. They will face the top-seeded Milwaukee Brewers in a best-of-five matchup to continue their postseason run.

San Diego's bats will face a daunting challenge against Milwaukee's pitching staff, spearheaded by dominant strikeout leader Jacob Misiorowski and followed by Logan Henderson in the rotation.
