Valkyries Players Fire Back at Angel Reese's 'Too Small' Taunt After WNBA Title

After dominating the early stages of the WNBA Finals, Angel Reese saw her momentum shift as the Atlanta Dream ultimately fell to the Golden State Valkyries. During the series, Reese famously mocked Aminata Gueye with a gesture implying her opponent was undersized, but the Valkyries secured the title by winning the final four games.

Following the championship victory, Gueye, Tiffany Hayes, and Yaxel Lendeborg all utilized the same taunt to mock Reese in response. Despite the setback, Reese remains a high-energy competitor expected to use this postseason defeat as fuel for her future development.
