USA TODAY Sports bowl projections unchanged for Nebraska football

Despite significant shifting in recent college football outcomes, national bowl forecasts continue predicting a postseason matchup between Nebraska and North Carolina State at the annual Bronx postseason game. Entering the fifth week of competition, the Cornhuskers sit at a four-win and zero-loss record following a narrow road victory over Michigan State, marking their strongest beginning to a campaign in years.

Meanwhile, the Wolfpack leveled their record at an even mark after fending off a furious comeback attempt by Appalachian State, surviving a late scare that saw their twenty-one-point lead evaporate before securing a narrow victory.
