Jarno Widar secured a breakthrough triumph at the conclusion of the Tour of Guangxi, delivering a stellar performance on the final day of racing. The young competitor surged away from Tom Pidcock on the concluding ascent to cross the finish line alone and capture the overall crown.

Pidcock crossed six seconds behind the winner to secure the runner-up spot in the final general classification, while Louis Barré claimed the third position on the podium after making a late surge in the closing kilometres.
