The Minnesota Lynx dominated the end-of-season WNBA honors as head coach Cheryl Reeve secured her fifth Coach of the Year award and star rookie Olivia Miles claimed the Rookie of the Year accolade. Reeve guided the squad to the league's top record and set a historical benchmark earlier in July by achieving her 380th career victory.
She captured forty of the seventy-four first-place ballots, surpassing Natalie Nakase of the Golden State Valkyries and Sydney Johnson of the Washington Mystics. Miles proved equally dominant, sweeping every Rookie of the Month honor and securing a starting spot in the All-Star game.
Selected second overall in the 2026 draft, the young playmaker claimed all seventy-four possible votes to finish as a unanimous selection while pacing all first-year players in total scoring, per-game averages, successful field goals, defensive boards, and total assists.
