The mentality Saquon Barkley is using to lead as he returns to field

Saquon Barkley is set to rejoin the Philadelphia Eagles lineup for their upcoming Monday night matchup after sitting out two games due to a hamstring issue. His return provides a morale boost to a squad currently struggling with a 2-4 record and significant personnel losses, including the retirement of Lane Johnson, the trade of Cam Jurgens to the Baltimore Ravens, and Jalen Hurts being sidelined for the remainder of the season with blood clots.

Despite the team's recent four-game losing streak, Barkley is emphasizing an underdog mentality to rally his teammates. The Eagles enter their contest against the Dallas Cowboys as 4.5-point home underdogs, but the running back remains optimistic that the team can still contend for the NFC East title given the current state of the division.
