The Los Angeles Sparks have a new general manager, and here’s what she said about what’s next for LA

Following another year outside the postseason and the subsequent dismissal of head coach Lynne Roberts, the Los Angeles Sparks officially introduced their newly appointed general manager, Ariana Andonian. During a media gathering, the thirty-one-year-old executive emphasized her commitment to establishing a lasting winning culture by implementing rigorous standards across all organizational departments and focusing on deliberate, long-term decision-making.

As the franchise addresses its leadership vacancy, Andonian indicated that the search for a new head coach will proceed without a strict deadline to ensure the best possible candidate is selected for the roster.
