Tennessee offers Auburn football recruiting target

Josh Heupel and the Tennessee program are actively building their 2029 recruiting class, recently extending a scholarship bid to defensive back Andre Scott. The three-star safety from Port Charlotte, Florida, disclosed his thirteenth offer via social media ahead of the Volunteers matchup against Auburn at Neyland Stadium.

Auburn head coach Alex Golesh, who previously coordinated the Tennessee offense under Heupel from 2021 to 2022, had earlier entered the mix for the prospect. Scott has drawn widespread attention from numerous programs, with South Florida having been the first to offer the rising freshman safety back in September 2025.
