Takeaways from Bills ugly Week 3 win over Chargers

Following a pair of visually impressive victories to begin the campaign, Buffalo secured a messy 24-16 triumph over Los Angeles in Week 3, overcoming a five-turnover performance. After falling behind 10-0 in the opening half, the defensive unit stepped up significantly by surrendering just nine points across the opponent's final eight possessions.

Quarterback efficiency was limited as the opposing defense deployed a robber safety to heavily contest throws over the middle of the field.
