Shedeur Sanders just made a curious move that could signal a trade is coming in Cleveland

Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders has retained representation by hiring Adie von Gontard, a move that coincides with the upcoming November 10 NFL trade deadline. Because Sanders is ineligible for a contract extension until after the 2027 season, the timing of this decision has sparked speculation regarding his future with the franchise.

The Browns currently maintain a crowded quarterback room featuring Deshaun Watson, Dillon Gabriel, and Taylen Green. Similar mid-season agent hires have previously preceded player trades, such as the recent move involving Marvin Harrison Jr.
