Ohio State’s Ryan Day on Indiana matchup: ‘This’ll be another tough environment’

Ohio State head coach Ryan Day is preparing his team for a challenging road trip to face Indiana at Memorial Stadium. Day emphasized the need for quarterback Julian Sayin to maintain composure against the Hoosiers' aggressive pass rush, which recorded five sacks in their previous meeting during the 2025 Big Ten Championship game.

The coach highlighted that Indiana's ability to force one-on-one matchups and their late-game resilience against opponents like Nebraska and Northwestern require his squad to remain focused for the entire duration of the contest. Day also acknowledged the unique roster construction under Curt Cignetti, who has utilized the transfer portal to build an experienced team.
