SEC power rankings have a new No. 1 after Ole Miss falls in Week 4

Following the fourth week of Southeastern Conference action, the Georgia Bulldogs claimed the top spot in the league power rankings by defeating the Oklahoma Sooners 41-13 after capitalizing on three turnovers from John Mateer to build a commanding early lead. Meanwhile, the Texas Longhorns narrowly edged the Tennessee Volunteers 20-17 on the road, aided by Colin Simmons registering five of the team's ten sacks in a low-scoring affair.

Elsewhere across the conference, the Alabama Crimson Tide dominated the South Carolina Gamecocks 49-18 behind a stellar first-half performance led by Keelon Russell, while the Florida Gators cruised to a 52-28 victory over the Ole Miss Rebels, fueled by standout running back Jadan Baugh.
