SA vs AUS 3rd Test: Harmer, Rabada hand Australia crushing defeat; S. Africa wins series 2-1

South Africa secured a 2-1 series victory over Australia after a dominant performance in the third Test. The hosts wrapped up a 176-run win on the final day at Newlands, dismissing the tourists for 111 runs.

Kagiso Rabada set the tone early by removing the top three Australian batters in a blistering opening spell. Simon Harmer then dismantled the remaining lineup, finishing with a career-best six-wicket haul for 16 runs.

Despite a brief period of resistance from the visitors, South Africa claimed the final wickets shortly before the tea break to seal the result.
