Red Bull's Hadjar to return at Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Red Bull competitor Isack Hadjar is scheduled to make a comeback at the upcoming Azerbaijan Grand Prix following a three-race absence caused by a wrist injury sustained during a boxing session. The twenty-one-year-old French driver was temporarily substituted by Liam Lawson through the events held in the Netherlands, Monza, and Madrid.

Red Bull confirmed that Hadjar has achieved a complete recovery and will step back into the seat alongside teammate Max Verstappen for the race weekend in Baku running from September twenty-fourth to twenty-sixth.

During his substitute stint, twenty-four-year-old Lawson secured a seventh-place finish in Zandvoort and a sixth-place result in Madrid, though he missed out on points with a fourteenth-place finish in Monza. Red Bull expressed gratitude for Lawson's professionalism and contributions under difficult conditions, and he will now head back to the Racing Bulls junior team.

Hadjar currently holds eighth place in the drivers' championship standings with seventy-one accumulated points heading into this weekend's competition.
