Real Madrid superstar makes Champions League history breaking Iker Casillas’ record

Jude Bellingham has officially become the youngest player to reach 60 appearances in the Champions League. At 23 years and 128 days old, the midfielder surpassed the previous record set by Iker Casillas, who achieved the milestone at 23 years and 167 days.

This accomplishment follows Bellingham's previous record as the youngest player to reach 50 appearances in the competition, a mark he hit exactly one year prior on November 4, 2025. Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho included the Englishman in his starting lineup for the upcoming match against AEK Athens, as the club pursues its seventh consecutive win across all competitions.
